The proposed ground-plus-three-storey building has a tapering design that brings together brick and industrial styles with a focus on sustainability. It uses a 45-degree angle to preserve natural light and ventilation for neighbours, with angled windows to prevent overlooking, and each floor steps back 300mm.
The building has twelve units, ten HMO rooms and two studios, with communal kitchens on the ground and second floors. Each room exceeds Harrow's guidelines, with en-suite bathrooms and generous storage. Amenities include on-site laundry and a library.
