South View Lodge is situated on a 1.2-acre Metropolitan Green Belt site within a conservation area. The new extension integrates with the existing house, offering more spacious and suitable accommodation.
It matches the existing structure in brickwork, render, roof tiles, windows and rooflights. Every effort is made to preserve the character of the street scene through consistent materials and design.
