Dykes Cottage is in a conservation area and is noted for its Edwardian character. The three-bedroom house was built in the 1900s, and the existing extension had drifted from the original Edwardian look. The client came to us wanting to restore the character of the original house while making the most of its potential.
The proposed development consists of alterations across all three storeys: basement, ground floor, first floor and a loft floor.
