This project involves two modern residential houses with a double garage. Each home has three bedrooms on the first floor: a master bedroom with an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and terrace garden view, and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
A staircase leads to a roof garden with a sloped design for rainwater drainage and greywater recycling, used to irrigate vegetable planters. The garden features a medium-depth planting system for sedums, herbs and grasses. The houses are built using timber SIP panels assembled on site.
